Updated Covid -19 playing and clubhouse conditions

Please read the updated instructions for conditions of play and using the area around the clubhouse under the current Government and golf's governing bodies' restrictions. These take effect from 1st July 2020.

A Guide to Playing Golf at Clwb Golff Abersoch while the current Covid-19 restrictions are in place.

The easing of the lockdown continues in the sport we all love, and while difficult and unfamiliar, these restrictions need to be adhered to if we are to progress to a time when we can resume playing and socialising as before.

The Golf governing bodies have been in consultation with the Government and have drawn up safeguards that must be in place to allow play to commence. These safeguards, in addition to the risk assessments we have undertaken specifically for Abersoch, are designed for the safety and well being of our members, staff and visitors, and will be modified as further restrictions are lifted following advice from government, health authorities and governing bodies.

If you have equipment you need from lockers in the clubhouse or external locker room, arrangements will be made to retrieve them safely.

The following “Road Map” to playing may help golfers to understand what is expected of them and the restrictions that are in place.
